Chapter 17: How booty is to be shared among the fighters
باب كَيْفِيَّةِ قِسْمَةِ الْغَنِيمَةِ بَيْنَ الْحَاضِرِينَ

The same tradition has been narrated on the authority of Ubaidullah by a different chain of transmitters who do not mention the words
" from the booty".حَدَّثَنَاهُ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي النَّفَلِ .
